Downsizing · Aged care moves · Deceased estates · Adelaide and Australia-wide

You take the photos. We list everything else.

Itemising a whole home is days of slow, emotional work. Hand it to us.

Send us photos of each room. A real person here in Adelaide goes through every photo, lists the contents room by room and catches what software misses. You get back an organised list ready to mark keep, sell, donate or give to family. No notepads, no spreadsheets, no home visit.

  • Every photo checked by a real person
  • No home visit, no spreadsheets
  • Your list in 3 business days

The hardest part of moving house isn't the boxes.

Before anything can be sold, given away or packed, someone has to work out what's actually there. That someone is usually you.

Doing it yourself

  • Walking every room with a notepad
  • Typing it all into a spreadsheet
  • Opening every cupboard, then doing it again
  • Chasing siblings for decisions
  • Weekends gone, often at the hardest time

With VraiList

  • Take photos, room by room (about 10 minutes a room)
  • A real person lists everything we can see
  • We catch what software misses and fix what it gets wrong
  • Everyone decides from one shared list
  • You spend your time on the decisions, not the typing

You make the decisions. We do the itemising.

For when a whole household has to be sorted.

We do the listing remotely, so families can make decisions together, even from different cities.

Downsizing and aged care moves

See everything in one list, decide what's coming, what's going and who gets what, and hand a clear plan to the removalist.

Executors and deceased estates

An organised record of the home's contents, with a column to track which family member receives each item before the clearance begins.

Agents, move managers and organisers

Offer your clients a full contents register without doing the listing yourself. Refer them, or include it in your own service.

How it works

Your part is steps 1 and 3. We do the rest. No home visits: your list arrives within 3 business days of receiving all your photos, and your final report within 2 business days of getting your decisions back.

  1. You

Step 1, you: Photograph each room

About 10–25 photos per room, using our simple photo guide, with location tagging switched off. Upload them through a private link.

  2. Us

Step 2, us: We do the itemising

A real person goes through every photo, room by room, listing each item with brand and condition where visible, and catching what software misses.

  3. You

    Step 3, you: You decide

Mark each item keep, sell, donate or give to family, and add anything we missed. Take your time: we ask for it back within 14 days.

  4. Us

Step 4, us: Your final report

Within 2 business days of your decisions: a photo PDF report and an editable spreadsheet, with resale estimates for the items you're selling.

A real person, not an app

Someone goes through every photo, so you don't have to.

Software can guess what's in a photo. We make sure as much as possible is captured and that it's right, because these are belongings that matter to your family.

Every photo, every room

A person works through every photo to capture as much as possible, corrects anything that's wrong and removes what doesn't belong.

Valuables handled with care

Jewellery, art and designer pieces are flagged for a certified valuer, never guessed.

Someone to talk to

From quote to final report, you deal with a real person by phone or email, based in Adelaide.

Your changes, made by hand

Tell us what we missed or got wrong and a person updates your register. One round of changes is included.

One service, priced by the size of the home.

One fixed price to hand over the whole job, agreed before we start. You're paying for a real person's time and care, not an app subscription. Every home gets the same service; only the size changes.

Questions families ask

How long does it take?

Your draft register arrives within 3 business days of receiving all your photos. You then have up to 14 days to mark your decisions and send it back. Your final report arrives within 2 business days of getting it back.

Do you need to come to the house?

No. Everything is done from your photos, so we can help anywhere in Australia, and family members can join in from wherever they live.

Who can order a register?

The owner, or someone authorised to act for them, such as an executor or a family member with the owner's permission. We ask you to confirm this before we start.

Are the values formal valuations?

No. They are indicative resale estimates based on recent sold listings. Jewellery, art, antiques and designer items are flagged for a certified valuer.

Can I use it for an insurance claim?

The register is yours to use as you choose. We provide documentation only: we don't lodge, manage or advise on insurance claims.

What happens to my photos?

They're used only to build your register and deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. See our privacy page for the details.

Photos of your home stay private, and they don't stay long.

How you send them

Through a private upload link made just for your job. Nobody else can see your photos, and you don't need an account.

No identifying details

Our photo guide shows you how to switch off location tagging before you start. We also remove any location and device data from your photos before we work on them.

What we never record

People, family photos, documents, mail, medication, passwords, keys or anything showing your address. If it appears in a photo, it stays out of your register.

How we use them

Only to build your register. We use secure business software set so that your photos aren't used to train it or for any other purpose. Some providers may store data outside Australia and, like most software companies, may keep data longer only where the law requires.

Never shared or sold

Your photos and register are never shared with anyone else, including partners who referred you, unless you ask us to.

Deleted, not archived

We delete your photos 30 days after your final report, or sooner if you ask. Our providers then clear them from their own systems, usually within a further 30 days. Your register is yours to keep.

Hand it over.

Tell us a little about the home. We'll reply within one business day with a fixed price and your private upload link.
